If the file is wrong, the vial comes back

Every carton ships with a five-panel certificate for the labelled lot. If HPLC, identity, or the lot number on the vial does not match that file, email [email protected] within 30 days of dispatch. We replace the vial from Union stock. We do not refund "results." There are no results. This is research use only.
